Sorry for the lack of updates! I tried to post several times and the website deleted my entry and I got frustrated. I've also been super busy.

I got another cardiac cath where they were unsuccessful in placing my stent. After meeting with 4 different heart surgeons over the last couple of months it was decided that I will eventually need another open heart surgery to fix my repair again, but at this time we are going to hold off until it worsens. Hopefully it will be years from now.

Money wise we have been doing okay. Fall was great. December was very expensive for us with Christmas, vacation, and vet bills.

My dog got deathly ill which resulted in 5 vet visits so far and she is currently still on 15 pills a day. Unfortunately, I had to pull from my animal fund to pay for the bills but I am so thankful I had a dedicated savings account to use. I do have goats that are sold and pending pick up, so I should be able to replenish some of the money soon.

Sorry to hear that your doggy is sick, but at least you did set aside a fund just for this kind of emergency.
